1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PickYou platform ("Service"), including our website, mobile applications, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

PickYou is a technology platform that connects passengers with independent taxi drivers in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. PickYou does not provide transportation services directly. Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of PickYou.

3. User Accounts

To use PickYou, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

• You must be at least 18 years old
• You may not create multiple accounts
• You must provide a valid phone number

4. Driver Requirements

Drivers must meet the following requirements:

• Valid NWT driver's license
• Vehicle registration and insurance as required by NWT law
• Pass a background verification check
• Maintain a vehicle in safe, clean condition
• Be at least 18 years old

5. Fares & Payments

Fares are calculated based on distance and time. PickYou collects a platform fee per completed trip, which is automatically deducted from the fare before driver payout. Passengers may pay via cash, credit card, debit card, or e-transfer.

6. Cancellations

Passengers may cancel a ride at any time before driver arrival. Repeated cancellations may result in account restrictions.

7. User Conduct

All users agree to treat others with respect. Discrimination, harassment, threats, or illegal activity will result in immediate account termination.

8. Limitation of Liability

PickYou is a platform connecting riders and drivers. We are not liable for the actions of drivers or passengers, accidents, injuries, loss of property, or delays.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Northwest Territories and Canada.

11. Changes

PickYou may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
