• Payment Info: Processed securely — we don't store card numbers
• Location: GPS during active trips only

• Match passengers with drivers
• Process payments and fares
• Verify driver credentials
• Provide support and improve the service
• Ensure safety and prevent fraud

3. Sharing

We share only what's necessary: first name and vehicle info between rider and driver, payment data with processors, and information required by law. We never sell your data.

4. Data Retention

We keep your data while your account is active plus a reasonable period for legal compliance. Trip data is retained for 7 years for tax purposes. You may request deletion at any time.

5. Security

We use encryption, access controls, and regular audits. No system is 100% secure, but we take every reasonable precaution.

7. Location Data

Collected only during active trips. You can disable location in device settings, but the app won't function properly without it.

PickYou is not for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect data from minors.
